What does the experience include?

  • Welcome glass: to start the course in the right spirit.
  • Practical session in the kitchen: discover the ingredients and methods to prepare:
    • Fresh pasta
    • Ribollita
    • Panzanella
    • Tomato soup
    • Cantucci
  • Guided tour: explore the house museum of Niccolò Machiavelli, the Italian garden overlooking the Florence Cathedral, and the historic cellars with the secret tunnel.
  • Lunch: At the end of the lesson, you will taste the dishes prepared with the support of the chef, accompanied by our fine wines:
